If you smoke a lot,you will be unhealth.Many people smoke too much every day,they become thinner.Cigarettes are made of Poppy（罂粟）。Although this is a kind of beautiful flowers,it is toxic(有毒) flowers.Either you smoke a lot every day or smoke fewer.I suggest you don't smoke more cigarettes,because it is good for your health.
